What errors or problems are you having specifically? The EXS bank will only work on a Mac, but the Kontakt bank should be fine on Windows or Mac. The raw samples are regular WAV files, and should open in any editor.

Hey Edwin – one thing you might try. I think the raw samples may be missing the .wav extension (OS X can identify a file without the extension, Windows sometimes can’t). Try using the samples in the Kontakt Bank folder, which should have the WAV extension. Sorry for the confusion.
