Live My Life only $14.00
I’m just starting out making/mixing music this month. My goals for the new year coming…..to align myself with the right people to take my ambitions further.
Have the first gigs with my band and teach myself to record/produce/mix better through creating band demos and acoustic solo songs.
Im recording my first album in january of 2010.
Im also working on my second record and a couple of ep’s plus my custom improvisation sets…if everything works out fine and i work a lot should be a very good year at least for music.
I left my band in 2009 to concentrate more on music producing. In 2010, hopefully I will produce more good music for other people and polish my skills on recording, mixing, and mastering. Oh, and I’m currently learning violin
I am writing a song and giving a performance each week of 2010. I am also going to have my EP done by June 6th of this year. I’m building so that the end of 2010 will see me utilizing my EP as a calling card as well as an audition piece so that I can perform at festivals, open mics, showcases, and benefits and to pique interest for auditions as a musical theatre performer, songwriter, background vocalist, jingle singer, and any other door it could open for me.
Finish our album in January, tour the entire month of July, write more synth-driven songs.
Get a bunch of my songs recorded and mixed. Play some more gigs. Have fun while doing both.
I would like to get some of my home recordings professionally mastered, so I would feel more comfortable releasing them to itunes and other online distributors. Oh, and all that other stuff like play more shows, write more songs, etc.
I write electronica. I plan to make it big.
Remember this.
2010: keep it real. write and perform from the heart. set no boundaries. make no rules. break any previous rules. make music.
I will make my own musical album including all the kids from our area

Placements. And then some.
Training my voice, not straining it, and finding MY way(no copycat…WHO wants them?)to make it really big as a frontman in a melodic metal band.
Improving my bassist skills to be able to release my first solo album.
Studying in-depth music production…
The list goes on, the hardest will be to stay focused and determined.
Shit happens, you know?
This year, I hope to make money with music and sound design… well, more than last year ($500). If I could reasonably bring in enough a month to pay, say, my phone bill I’d be a happy camper.
Otherwise, I’m planning on just writing more; I’ve started something I should have started doing a long time ago, practicing my composition with timed one-hour writing sessions, and so far it’s been really rewarding.
Also, I’d like to finish the one film I’m doing post-production audio for, start another film project, and score a few indie video games.
I hope to finish programming and sequencing my live act. I have been working on the samples and structure, but daytime job doesn’t allow me to finish it. After 2 years working on it I hope to finish it at last. Yeah!
Since I started reading AudioTuts, my desire to know more about music production only grew. So, for 2010, I decided to take the step and ordered an M-Audio Keystation 88es and I can’t wait for it to arrive!
My friend and I have being making short little loops, chord prog., and other stuff with various noisemakers, drum machines, and synths. This year, we want to get a couple songs finished, and perform live for the first time.
