Audiotuts+ has readers from around the world. What is the weather like where you are?

Each week we open our mic to readers and lurkers alike to come out of the woodwork and tell us your thoughts and opinion, your experiences and mistakes, what you love and what you hate. We want to hear from you, and here’s your chance.

The weather here in Australia is quite extreme. My daughter spent Christmas in Perth, where it was a scorching 40°C most days. My brother in Hobart can see snow on the mountain, and is having quite a cold summer. Here in Queensland we have constant rain, and there is flooding all around the state.

    The humidity got to your laptop’s keyboard :) In Romania I endure -10 Celsius right about now. Actually, I overclocked my computer and opened the lateral panel so all the heat that comes out reaches my feet.
    I can’t believe it will be a few months until warm temps. I hate winter!

    Still waiting on the northern lights. Global warming is causing my girlfriend to be seriously pissed off at not seeing these Northern Lights that only show themselves in the freezing cold and clear skies. And it’s not freezing and cloudy at the moment…

    *sigh*

    North-Eastern Poland here.

    It’s snowing, albeit not heavily. -16 Celsius, but the air is exceptionally dry, so I don’t even need gloves when I’m walking the dog. The temperature raised to +2 last Saturday and it rained in the morning, then the water froze immediately, as the temperature dived back immediately. No winter’s complete without a slip and a painful fall, I guess. And I still haven’t managed to scratch the 4mm layer of stone hard ice from my car. I broke two hand scrapers in a single day :D.

    Rainy with 14°C right now in northern Greece. Not my favorite weather, but hey, at least I don’t have to get dressed like an onion (many layers of clothing, that is), haha. To be honest though, I prefer cold to rain.

    Warming up over in Wales at the moment, now getting 4.5°C in the mornings instead of the bitter -9°C. Thankfully the snow has all gone!
